you should try the "soft" brush (thats what it is called in paint shop)... use it on the skin and in places where it looks a bit pixelated

you might want to download some textures or download some brushes ✅

Im gonna keep blabbing 😄

the effect on the last one is nice... but you should make a seperate layer ... with just that effect and place it on top of the pic and then erase away the texture off the face... i think thats what is bugging me about that last sig -- that texture doesnt look good on their face
