assume we avoid self-extinction...the world as it is now could last another 2 Billion years...after that the sun has expanded itself to a so called "red giant" that's a name for a star that is about to die...well...it'll get a lot warmer around here by then, courtesy of the aforementioned expansion...and uh...the world'll heat up to a cozy 1112°F..logically...every living thing will cease to exist..
