Not losing so much. He just uses players that should not be in the national team, like Melchiot and Koevermans. Which makes for very, very unattractive football, with a lot of mistakes. He picks players according to the 4-3-3 system he wants to play. Which ends up with putting Van Persie and Kuyt (who aren't wingers) on the wings, because we don't have any REAL wingers. He should adjust his system to the players he's got, not the other way round.
