And to add to that, Kilo used compressed spiritual energy in order to prevent his body from being blown to bits in the explosion, and to prevent much larger damage being done to his friends and the battlefield. Now imagine if he was to forget about all of those stipulations and go all out. 5 or more countries would have been destroyed at the force of the Photon Debugger.
