I, however, think chill did deserve it. He was clearly bashing RJ, going as far as to bring RJ's personal life into the mix. What does it matter who RJ is dating and what her age is? Nothing, yet chill had to go and point it out and make fun of RJ for it. That's bashing.

Most people wouldn't find it funny? Maybe that's because it's in bad taste and it isn't funny. The one's who find it funny are the ones in the same state of mind as the person telling the "joke".
What he said was clearly meant to insult RJ for his personal life, and that's why I say he should get his punishment.
