Well, think about it. Do you think they haven't covered all of their bases. I'm sure the people scaring their friends/relatives wouldn't allow them to go and scare a grand parent. And I'm sure Sci-Fi know their risks, have a shit load of contracts, and pwn any lawsuit that come up. McDonalds did the same thing.
