Both. I work with a guy from Dublin and a guy from Belfast. And there so many Irish people (both countries) in Edinburgh and probably more than that in Glasgow.

Alot come over for Education because Scotland>Ireland.

Wales is a beautiful country to see. Ireland is the most amazing, IMO, but Wales is also really nice. North of Scotland's great too.
