It's on HBO. I think you can onDemand it. Other than that, I think it's pretty much off the air.

I don't think so.

The way it is, we're led to believe he was taken into custody, but when I watched it I noticed they finished The Joker's story with S.W.A.T. members pointing guns in his face. He was probably supposed to live to be in the next movie, but with Ledger's death they edited the ending some so that Joker's fate is unknown.

i kinda expected him to die like Jack Nicholson did in the first Batman movie, by falling. So when I saw him falling I thought, well yeah he's dead. But in these new Batman films, he doesn't kill. And he especially did not want The Joker to win. Death is just another win for The Joekster
