As you know, Heroes Season 3 (Villains) is beginning on September 22nd on NBC in the USA. Well, it's just been confirmed by the BBC that season 3 of Heroes will begin on BBC 2 and BBC HD on September 25th, with just a 3 day gap between the episode airing stateside.

Don't you get bored in the gym? I work out too, but the gym environment kills me a little inside.

there's nothing in the gym i couldn't do at home with simpler equipment and without the 50 bucks per month..

i used to go to the gym and i was like 'oh **** yeah im hot and muscley' stoned

then i stopped going cause i wanted a gut and flabby man breasts. mmm
