Yeah Prof Oak is out in the mountains studying clefairies (s?), and Ash gets there, and is all "Didn't you have an assistant with you?" and Prof Oak is all "Yeah... he left *burp*", and then it just has a panel showing a close up of this stew/broth that Oak has made, implying Oak killed his assistant and put him in a stew and then ate him mmm
