Personally because I think they simply rock. You can always count on them to rock, kind of like The Ramones. When you hear their songs, you know it's an AC/DC song, you know it's a Ramones song, you know you are not going to have to sit through some lame slow ballad, it's just rock pure and simple, and there's always a time and a place where most of us need that.

I could make an in depth reply to this, however I'll make it brief and in terms you can easily follow.All of their songs are the same. They're work contains less variation than that of Nickelback. Most metal bands aren't doing anything new, but they're like one of those apples that are rotten on the inside but look like they're freshly picked from the outisde. Not unlike Trivium etc.
