Mixing mandolin with manic beats, punk guitars and pounding keyboard, Los Salvadores is an experimental punk band that combines an anarchic blend of genres, aiming to create a sound that’s fast, loud and eminently danceable.
We started out as a folk punk collective in 2004, but over the years have started doing whatever we feel like musically. We think it's more honest and more fun that way, plus it saves arguments.
So far it's going alright, and we’ve been played on Radio 1 and performed at several festivals including Endorse It in Dorset and Zoo Thousand, as well as touring the country to take our intense live show to as many music fans as we can!
Alongside constant gigging, we’ve brought out three eps, and released a full length album – Attack of the Clones – in February 2008.
