Who Killed Amanda Palmer is the debut solo effort by Amanda Palmer, lead singer, pianist, and lyricist/composer of the "Brechtian punk cabaret" duo The Dresden Dolls.
The album was mostly recorded in Nashville, TN with collaborator Ben Folds[1] and was released on Roadrunner Records (also home to The Dresden Dolls). The name of the album is a reference to the series Twin Peaks, which revolves around events surrounding the death of Laura Palmer.

At Pinkpop this year, RATM ended the festival. I was waiting for the encore, but they didn't come on again, so after 30 minutes I left. Just as I left the festival grounds, I hear them playing 'Killing in the name of'.

Dunno, you have been producing a lot of sigs with Dutch on it, but the text never relates to the subject of the sig. It's an American Psycho sig, but the text says you're looking for a servant. awebrowAt Pinkpop this year, RATM ended the festival.
