Finished my Macbeth project for school. I think that school is going about Shakespeare all worng. Forcing them to read it in class and take five tests on it doesn't help them appreciate the work as much as it does hurt their chances of liking it. Personally, I love Macbeth, but I read most of it out of school.

I'm taking British Literature right now, and have to start reading MacBeth
not really looking forward to it

It's a great play when you just sit down and read it without the hassle of teachers and class.
The most interesting aspect of it is that Shakespeare took a very simple plot that most authors could only make a small novel out of, and turned it into an enormous epic.
