i think you were gone or something..
it's a fairly easy combo, you can pull off pretty easily with a little bit of practice..
the slowdown after the Hadouken in almost every edition of the S.F.II series, and it's even easier in S.F. III to make a move after the Hadouken cause there's almost no idle time between firing it off and the impact.
But i don't know what version you're playing, i think it's one of the Alpha series if i remember correctly and i don't know anything about them because i never played them.. 😕
just make sure you use light or medium punches to execute either step of the combo, hard punch just isn't quick enough..
