I'm so lucky my dad took me to so many shows as a kidI actually got to see the Descendents, I think that was actually my first technical show, but I was too young to remember it. My parents got crap for bringing me to a punk show, I think I was about 16 months old or something
But Kiss is the first show I remember

I saw the Offspring when I was a kid too, probably around when that 'gotta keep'em separated' song came out, which has always been my favorite song by themThey had bubble machines, I was so entertained by that

shock whoa
i've got an awesome story about the scar on my chin.
Well, i dont know if you want to hear it, so im going to say it anyway.
So this one time when i was 5 i was at my dad's, and my step sisters were there, and the one sister and i were playing tag in the basement.
And i was it so like any good tagger, i was chasing her, and i tripped over the leg of a chair, Good thing the floor was concrete, Smack!
cracked my chin right open.
So my step sister ran off, got my dad, he came down stairs freaking right the **** out, blood all over the floor, grabs a towel, throws it at my chin tells me to hold it there, he throws me into the car and drives me home.
then leaves me there.
He knew my mom was at work, but he left me there at home, all alone.
And since i didnt have any keys, i was sitting there outside for a good hour before my mom got home, She took me to the hospital, but not before going back to my dads, so we could get my healthcard, Yeah, prick had my healthcard, and left me all alone.
Good times.
love my dad.
and now i have a *****'n scar.

Do you live in a place that doesn't get a lot of bands around you? That can be pretty tough
I lived in Nebraska, and no one wants to go there, but luckily I lived in Lincoln, so a lot of bands came there anyways. Also my dad would occasionally drive us to Omaha, where I saw bands like The Strokes, Jett, the Living End, Brian Setzer, Bloodhound Gang, etc
