I unload the truck some days, which is a *****. Throw the items to the correct aisles, then stock the shelves. This all has to be done in the entire store (we have grocery in ours too) within 5 hours. Then after lunch we do all the backstock.

Also every other day we have a load of frozen foods and dairy that has to be worked as well, which adds 3 hours of work to our schedule.

Very much so. Especially when the truck size is different each day. Some days it's 1600 pieces (boxes) worth, other days it's 2500. Then the frozen/dairy on top of that, which is usually around 1000 pieces by itself.
