Of course they didn't ****ing fix it. They guy stopped by for maybe 15 minutes, told me to turn on my xbox and of course it ****ing works when he's here. But the second he leaves, it's done.
Going to call them and say I'm done with them for my internet and phone service.
Then make the call to At and T to see what they offer, and if it's any better or at least similar to cable modems.
