It's kinda wavy. like a natural wave to it. but it just won't hold proper curls. no matter what I do srug

my cousin is the same, she got hers permed once and it was supposed to be a tight curl but it was more like a loose curl and the salon girl was horrified, she couldn't understand why it hadn't curled 😂
