Nah. The only good black metal band is Emperor. Can't think of any good death metal bands. Opeth have elements of death metal I guess. Guess I like Black better than Death as well though. Still, both are mostly shit.

tbdm is death metal...but some of the stuff they have sounds like black metal...emperor is a kick ass band...alot of old norwegian black metal is kick ass...actually most are...except for mayhem.

'Death' is a pretty good death metal band, they were one of the first to coin the term 'Death Metal' in the late 80's and early 90's.
