Ok, So i was sleeping really well, then, i took a day to sleep, so i slept for about 17 hours straight.
Then after that i was up for 23 hours, then got 3 hours of sleep, was up for 6 hours, got an hour of sleep, was up for 15 hours, got 3 hours of sleep, then have been up for 8 hours.

And every single time i've slept, its been one shitty sleep.
