He might.That's one of the things I like about basketball though. The good players don't all leave their team for a bigger club and that. Like in football all the good players eventually get signed by United, Chelsea or Réal Madrid.

Off course there are players who will stay with one team for their entire career. There aren't many of them though, and notice how all those players already play for big clubs. If Giggs would have started his career at Cardiff, or if Maldini would have started his career at Palermo, they would have eventually made their transfers to United and Milan.
