Good enough I guess. Still have this hangover from last night and stuff, which isn't much fun.
Pinkpop tickets started sale yesterday. Was crazy at the store I work at. There was a line outside of the store around the corner and that. Some guy told me he was in line for 3 hours. Lucky I got mine early though, from the shop and that. And the program is pretty shit this year. The only bands I'm interested in seeing are Bruce Springsteen, Elbow and Chris Cornell. There are still 8 bands to be listed though, so if only 5 of those are awesome, it changes everything.

The closest thing we have to that is the Download Festival, which doesn't look too bad, I'm probably going to it. Quite a few decent artists should be playing. Faith No More are reforming there, Dream Theatre, Buckethead, ZZ Top, Def Leppard, and the Prodigy. Then there are a few... other artists playing too, like Slipknot and Killswitch Engage. Looks pretty good though.

Originally posted by SlayDoubt I could afford that. Not making much money at the moment, so even getting the 130 odd pounds for the Download ticket will be kind of tricky, let alone travelling to the Netherlands. I'll probably go in a few years though.
You could also take the ferry and that, there's always a lot of Brits and Pinkpop. Even met some Aussies last year. Download sounds good, though it's mostly metal bands and what not. Used to be Castle Donington, right?
Yeah, it is pretty metal orientated, and I almost decided not to go when I found out Limp Bizkit would be playing, but I don't think I could pass up a chance to see Dream Theatre live.
Don't know about the Castle Donnington thing though, I only found out about Download in the last few weeks or so. awehuhs
