I'm one of the global mods, we moderate everywhere really. Although some of us keep to certain areas more than others.

Some of the threads here are really bizarre and weird, but the rest of the forum is normal. 😄

Hah, I can see what you mean about some of the threads being weird here, but it's pretty cool anyway. Seems like a pretty interesting/different place to a lot of other forums I regular though, so that's a nice change.
