Initially the job will mainly involve reception duties i.e answering the telephone etc, but the successful candidate will also assist in the general running of the office, including: filing, photocopying, faxing, dealing with outgoing mail and using all office equipment. Full training will be given by the employer, the post will be for six months to start with the possibility of becoming permanent.
