Understandable too I guess, some people want to comfort, but just bringing it up can be bad, at least they care enough to wonder what happened and how to help but yeah it's tough 🙁 at least work will distract you, and being around others helps alot too.

Worst thing that can happen is being alone with all these thoughts sometimes
