You're preaching to the quire.I haven't even been able to do pushups because of how messed up my elbow is. It ****ing sucks not being able to go bust out 50 pushups when you're feeling a little weak. Or better yet, hitting your core with some weight at the gym.
That's how I hurt it, so I'm going to have to start light when I'm healed, until I can build enough muscle to protect the joint.
