Been working for a few weeks in La Jolla, and still living in my car. but a dream job that I want to do is opening and it will be tough, the first 5 months a set back in pay, but with residuals and ongoing sales, should easy make 100k.
I am ready for the opportunity and want to actualize it big time.
That and another place is calling me to work for them at night and weekends.
Rent prices out here are cray-cray. May have to go live in Tijuana.
