no means no "but why" fck you thats why!

i can nap now! doped

mitchellllllll

i cba to give all details like last time but it went alright! which is better than last time. it wasn't great, but the interviewer guy said i "passed conditionally", he recommended me to do some single day courses i think they are, PTA, to assess my fitness and another course with an acronym so i can look more about my jobs and it will be like a mini-assessment centre. the real assessment centre is what i would go to after, and is pass or fail.

the interviewer guy was alright tho he recognised that i wasn't very confident and said that i need work on being more confident and come out of my shell. some questions were weird and i couldn't really answer them, like he asks if i'm okay working with different races/religions/etc and i'm like yeah its fine then says give examples or something and i lied said i worked with a black girl at the charity shop. bunch of other weird questions i just said "i'm not sure". i said my mum wasn't too happy with me joining and i said "she would rather i get a proper normal job" and the guy says "what do you mean "normal job" and i was thinking like oh you idiot facepalm why did i say that. at the last interview i said i hadn't ran a mile and a half, and i was told i should run a mile and a half and yeah i still hadn't ran a mile and a half and so this interviewer wasn't happy about that and i just said i haven't had time, but i also told him i'd started doing press ups and sit ups and some weights. he said it was a poor excuse, which is right.

when i said i was 23 he said he will just put 27, i think he was trying to be funny.
so probably next week, a candidate support manager will set up these courses for me, then it gets kinda real yknow. the interview scared me idk what i'm gonna be like if i have to get deployed to iraq or where ever.

had to get my height and weight taken. my second job choice was dog handler, which at the previous interview the guy said it requires really good fitness and its a tough job to get, the interviewer today said they only take eight a year, which is cray, so i got that job choice changed to port operator and thats now my 3rd job choice. then before i left i waited like ages so he could get the job brief for port operator. the interview was long tho, longest interview i had ever been to.

when i was in the waiting room at first there was this one other guy waiting for something and i started talking to him asked what hes waiting for, he was in the navy, they do RAF, royal navy and army in this building. he seemed like a cool guy, think he had some leg injury or something wrong idk, i couldn't understand him too good. but yeah i was happy with myself to start conversation with him even if it did turn round like it was more him talking and me being like yeah and nodding. kind of what i need to do tho to become more confident, hopefully the training and just being on the courses will help with that.

did i say i cba with the details, that was like 4 years ago now..

tl;dr - interview went okay, passed interview, will go on smaller assessment courses before doing the real assessment centre
