i was thinking of running when i got home but we didnt got home until like half 5 then we had food then it was like half 6 already and i don't wanna go running on a full stomach you know? so i leave it another half hour but by then i just really couldnt be bothered
but i did do press ups, sit ups, some weights like yesterday then i showered
but i really need to do the running thing
