last couple days when working i walked back early at lunch or before we finish then ran from the nearby shop then run behind the houses and finish at the end of this lil footpath at the top of the street, its not long but its enough to get me out of breath and its been good and i should run today like i think i could run along the main road out from the house and to the traffic lights and back but i'm already home so nah nah im not i kinda want to but nah nah no nah
tomorrow i'll try run home from the traffic lights if i can leave early again
i can't see myself getting really into running like some people do tho then start doing marathons n shit but part of me wants to run and i know it would help totally i feel better after running those couple times
