i have to go to a surprise party on saturday, yeah have to, she's turning 40 and she's depressed about it and somehow my presence there will make it all better somehow

and of course there's that annual family party my mother throws which will be on friday, but i plan on taking myself out to a bar or something that night, don't want to be there no thank you!
