Yeah but I am a natural long distance runner, I can't kick a ball or shoot hoops or swing a bat, but I can run, and I can run for a long damn time when I'm at my best
No need to feel bad 'cause I can do something you can't right now, if you stick to your training routine you'll be running like a king
It's a state of mind, being a long distance runner. You gotta get into that mindset and just enjoy running. I used to go running all the time, I dunno what my all-time best was but it was definitely a minimum of fifteen, if not twenty, but it's been so long I couldn't say for sure
You just gotta get out there and enjoy what you're doing, don't just do it because you want a job or a purpose in life, just do it because it feels good and because you know it's helping you improve yourself
