It was alright, It didn't last though. The physical demands put a hurting on me that I wasn't ready for. I really liked the work so maybe I'll try again when I am stronger and feeling better.

you could follow my exercise and diet routine. you do a moderate workout then you eat a whole bunch of crap and make no progress. it works wonders.
