If the 20th post of a page, not the first post of a page, were the millionth, wouldn't someone bring that up at some point. Is that not a pertinent piece of info for this thread? Paramount? Integral?

If you even pondered this, and did the math and thought 20 per page, 1 mill divided by 20 is 50K, so 50k pages = 1 mill posts.

You might have thought that, but the last post of that page being the 1 mill post is another bit of info to perceive of altogether than a page equaling a number of posts.

You probably never even made that minute connection. In your mind it was probably 1st post of 50000th page, so my awareness is still better than yours.

i have asked xyz to ask one of the mods to edit his opening post of this thread to include something like that or to just acknowledge how long this has been going but he never has so shrug whatevs. most people that post here know it and those that don't can find it in due time.
