To think of Welshy, think of a four-dimensional cube. What is a four dimensional cube, though?
It's kind of a "cube within a cube", if you will. So far, so good; easy. But then how many sides does Welshy have? We know now that he exists in the fourth dimension, but that doesn't solve what shape he is. He's not a cube, he's something far more obscure.
Think of the 4D cube again. The cube as Welshy. A cube within a cube. So Welshy must be a Welshy within a Welshy. But since there's a Welshy in all of us, does that make us four-dimensional Welshys, too? And the Welshys inside of us must be 4D just like the original vessel, so does that mean that we actually raise a level and enter the fifth dimension ourselves? Or is it doubled and we skip straight to the eight dimension? If Welshy looks in the mirror, how many times does he see himself? Does he see all of us staring back at him?
How much is Welshy us, and how much are we Welshy?

Just throw away the cube.
