If I don't take anti depressants - watch out! Plus I get really OCD
The ****ing pills are ****ing up your moods, that's why you do whatever shit to make you feel calm or normal. Every ****er who is diagnosed with these disorders took anti depressants at one point in their life, usually shortly before the diagnosis, only to then get diagnosed with a disorder and prescribe more ****ing medication to keep the patients in line, not ask questions and figure out they were much better before the meds.

I know this would really benefit me
Also I only take 1 pill - I'm not on tons of pills

But I did, and they're making me feel better. I didn't take them for a couple of weeks, then I realised I hadn't been taking them and started again. I instantly realised how far I had slipped in just those few weeks.

But they aren't to be used lightly, or as a crutch. I want to be happier, so I'm tackling it every way I can, through exercise, quitting drinking, quitting smoking, trying out meditation and, also, through meds. They're part of a larger thing.
Also, drinking on antidepressants is really bad for you. Alcohol is a depressant, so they completely clash. If you were drinking a lot whilst on meds, that might be why it made you worse.
