whats next with the army stuff now w?!
but i've had the national recruitment centre phone and say they still haven't received my medical forms. so i phoned the doctors and they said they have been sent soo, idk. i'll phone again on monday about the medical forms, ask if they have received the doctors medical forms or the ones that i sent myself and if they have neither then...idk i'd rather just do it again because it shouldn't take this long. and also phone csm about selection.

i've been slipping a bit with the whole exercise and diet since tuesday, because i was building up in my head about this thing but now i'm not sure whats happening for a while so i've been taking it easy, but i shouldn't take it too easy because before i know it, i might be back on a pre assessment course or at the actual selection centre and in basic training.
i did run earlier but it was a light run and walk.

I feel sick and I'm worried I might have prostate cancer
I had this fear last year. Went through a bunch of tests. I had testicular pain just doing normal every day things. The pain lasted for many months. No one could pin point what was causing it, though. Tests came back clear for cancer. I still have residual pains sometimes. Through this we found out my spleen is enlarged and I have a growth on my adrenal gland. I need to go back and check on that actually. Supposed to check on it yearly to make sure it didn't grow.
Anyways, go get it checked out if you're worried.
