There's kids running around the apartments all day wearing their pajamas, no parents in sight. Now they are running in the rain with a nice comforter from a bed and dragging it through the mud and parking lot. Then they laid down in the middle of the parking lot under the comforter. The parents haven't checked on them in hours. The oldest one being maybe 7 or 8.There's even more kids running around unsupervised, touching people's cars and destroying bushes in the complex by standing on them with planks of wood. Holy hell.
One of the kids in pajamas is wearing just socks, so they are now black on the bottom. The other hasn't had shoes or a shirt on the entire day.
