That is pretty impressive, I'm crap at trimming stuff like that, I still have countless notes that my ex left me littering my pc desktop

It means that for 2 years I littered up my note taking program with long lists of things, often repeated many times, and basically made it unusable for information retrieval, which obviously lowered my productivity somewhat, as tends to happen when you can't rely on your tools, so I took basically the whole day today to rectify that situation and, ultimately, succeeded.
