So, this just happened by our apartment. My parents came across this right after it happened. The guy asks them to tow it out and his eyes were glazed over. Parents said that he would have to call in the accident. The guy didn't want police involved and took off. I go over to check out the vehicle and the girl (pink shirt) pulls up and it's her car. She tells the officer that she was driving, but officer already talked to me and called her out on it. She got a stern talking to for lying to a police officer and a warning. Since my parents didn't see it actually happen and it happened on private property, nothing will come of it. We got the car out and it's leaking fluids. Probably has a tweaked under carriage.
