When I got stitches in my palm, the doctor didn't put enough numbing agent either. hmm

I only had 3 stitches though, so I just told her to finish. Getting the shot is worse than the stitches.

Very true. The needle felt like it was injecting fire.

This was my first ever surgery and only second time I've needed stitches. The first was when I had wisdom teeth removed.

I've had staples before and stitches for my wisdom teeth. At least getting the stitches out is way easier, for the most part. w00t
