He hasn't tried to contact me, he's just putting my entire family on blast on Facebook.

He hasn't hit her, but he screams at his kids all the time and his girlfriend won't let them do anything. She lives with her mom but came out to spend a week with her dad, but she wasn't allowed to leave the house or have friends come over or anything. They told her she wasn't allowed to call her mom either. Very emotionally abusive.

The girl is 15 and can choose not to see her dad if she wants.

i am sorry to say but emotional abuse isnt really grounds for anything these days and believe me when i say i have seen THE worst of it. its utterly disgusting.

yes she can chose not to see her family but the father can claim parental care and that wouldn't be altered by emotional abuse unless he has been physically abusive.

if nothing is done to help her the dad will just keep repeating the cycle

though being told not to call the mum can help the girl get away from the dad, i am assuming they are divorced

The mom has full custody, but she allows father visitation that isn't mandated.

She gave the daughter full permission to leave her father's house and to stay with my wife and I until she goes home tomorrow.
