I'm eating breakfast. I start with lemon tea and a yogurt. A banana. Two French biscuits toasted with butter and jam. Then I make bacon and add eggs. I then make a milkshake and add fruit; strawberries, blueberry and banana and my protein powder. Then I eat a sliced avacado.
