oi walshy, instead of doing the 5 knuckle shuffle in your empty house try doing a work out every once in a while before you go on a date with Ms Palm and her 5 daughters
just do about 10 or so push-ups before hand. if that's to easy get a ball (soccer, medicine, some round ball) and do push ups on that with 1 hand on the ball and 1 hand on the ground
then alternate hands
