I went to the ER a couple yrs ago for a torn ligament

My bill was $2,600

And I ended up with a few ace bandages and was told to take ibuprofen every few hrs

Urgent cares are the devil and charge you upfront.

Shitty, but always go to the hospital. They can only bill you. Send $20 a month if you feel bad

If you don't pay the hospital bill- then it goes into collections and starts ruining your credit

My credit score is perfection... Sort of 😄

I pay $20 a month and haven't been put into collections. Don't get me wrong, I get them calling all the time to pay it off but they can do you know what

Nearest hospital is over 30 miles away. For most minor things, I don't want to waste the time.

I've had to do the ER route a few times when I had no money but needed to be seen. It really messes with the credit. I'm lucky that mine isn't too terrible and I can get the score back up eventually.
