My parents loved me, so they took me to the pool and the lake and taught me.

youknow how some parents just toss their kids into the pool off to fend for themselves, you should just go ahead jump into the deep end and hope you're not too dumb to figure it out!

so yknow what i did, i climbed out the window and claimed the reason i didnt join yall for dins was cause well i just happen to have gone for a walk so yknow!

i read that now and its like oh what a, what a thing!

and then i said yeah imma eati just gotta go downstairs and wash my hands because of all that crawling through the windows bizz!

and i havent gone back up since so i dont even know what the point was!

Swimming lessons were compulsory at school here. Everyone learnt to swim.. Did u not go to school? awebrow

They'd do the swimming in pyjamas thing and the rescue a block from the bottom..

Diving and getting the blocks was my favourite bit.

I was a great swimmer. Haven't been swimming since I was about 13 tho

i never had swimming in school! well i did but it was optional so i did one class and a guy made fun of my leg hair so i never went back to it!
