I just hate how it's almost an hour and a half drive to get to the neurologist, and they see her for 15 minutes. Then we get to drive back.

And I think they could have saved her if they just tried pulling her. The woman who has hold of her just gives up so easy.
She may have lost a limb or something, if the escalator was pulling her into the mechanism, but she'd still be alive.
