is there anything specifically that triggers them
i think i almost had one once. when i worked at this store and i showed up late in the mornings a few times and the boss person took me upstairs and was like blah blah don't be late anymore and i was really panicky and felt really weird. i have no idea why i didn't like working there anyway. was just there because of the dole.
related when i left, i don't consider it a panic attack because i wasn't panicky but i was a little embarrassed about something that happened and so i said i would go get a drink from somewhere (in the centre of town rn) and i just didn't go back lol. in hindsight feel a little bad if i left them short handed like but at the same time it was absolute shit.

To my knowledge anxiety attacks are triggered by stressful situations/excess worry etc., whereas panic attacks are just there, bang in yo face for no reason making you feel like you're gonna die or some shit.
