My manager was really supportive, told me this is what I need to get myself back on track and to take care of myself and relax.
And told my dad and he was alright about it. He just wants me better.
He made me cry the other night cause he said "I just want my baby girl back, the one who makes me laugh and is always smiling"

Nothing for 2 weeks. I've got a telephone assessment with a counselling place weds and got another doc app for blood tests that day too and then a follow up for my anti depressants on 19th then I'll go from there.
